Kryolan - Cake eye liner sealer

Cake Eye Liner Sealer is an innovative product created especially for mastering the art of eye liner! Cake Eye Liner Sealer fixes the applied eye liner, enhances its durability and improves its water resistance. The sealer should be applied thinly over the eye liner after it has dried.
